Final Opening Sequence

Here is the final edit of our opening scene

Final Music Track

This is the final version of the soundtrack for our opening.
From the first draft a great deal has changed
- The opening bars were changed from a piano sound to a bass strings sound which we decided was more ominous and foreboding when compared with the piano
- The small piano melodies were synced up to the exact points in which either the photo or the girl were present on screen. These had been off slightly in previous versions
- The ending was reworked multiple times to get the right effect that we desired which was too heighten the fear that our protagonist is feeling but also to create a degree of mystery which we achieved through the fact that the melody cuts one note before it technically which fustrates the listener in the same way that the viewer is teased with the sudden apperance  and rapid disapperance of the child

Test Footage - First Cut

This is the initial cut of the footage that we put together. after we viewed it there were these comments
- the sound still needs some work on both the diagetic and non diagetic sides
- some of the shots are shaky these are being reshot
- some shots were too long and so these need to be edited down
